Our Story: A Family Business

In 1992, our founder and his father started sealcoating driveways to generate extra income. The goal was to teach true workmanship, and through dedication, our founder learned everything he knows today. After graduating from Wallkill Senior High School in 1998, he continued his education at Hudson Valley Community College, specializing in Auto Body Repair. During the summer months, he began painting for a local company, discovering a passion for painting and the rewarding feeling of a hard day's work.

After successfully graduating from college in 2000, he decided to expand and include pressure washing services for his customers. This marked the beginning of K&M; Sealcoating, Painting, and Pressure Washing Company. Over the past 15 years, we have been providing top-of-the-line quality services to homeowners and business owners throughout the Hudson Valley.

Our commitment to education ensures that we are always up-to-date with the latest technology in cleaning products and techniques. For the past 10 years, we have been part of an annual education seminar designed to deliver the latest residential and commercial power washing, painting, and sealcoating techniques. Equipment and Technology

K&M; continues to be a family business. Our founder and his father built all of our equipment in-house. Two years ago, we designed and crafted our own 550-gallon hydro mixed sealcoating trailer. In addition, we have completed our own top-of-the-line pressure washing trailer. This trailer holds 550-gallons of water which is then plumed into one 20-horsepower hot water pressure washer and one 20-horsepower, 8-gallon cold water unit. These specialized equipment, combined with our years of experience, ensure that we can handle any job efficiently and effectively.
