Our Story

Our story began when our owner, Rick Fincher, grew up in and around the Dallas area, learning the trade from his father, a second-generation contractor. Rick's extensive knowledge, experience, and skill enable him to oversee each project personally, ensuring that every aspect of the work meets the same high standards he would expect for his own home. Our team is fully licensed and carries a $1M liability policy, providing our clients with peace of mind and confidence in our abilities.

Water Damage Repair

In the event of a water damage incident, our team is equipped to handle all aspects of the repair process, including:

• Replacing sheetrock
• Applying new tape and bed
• Installing new insulation where needed
• Sealing all water stains with Stain Blocking Primer
• Repainting the entire area

Ceiling Damage Repair

We can safely access the area with ladders and scaffolding, cutting out and replacing damaged sheetrock, taping and bedding the repair, and applying a matching texture. In some cases, painting the entire ceiling may not be necessary; we will discuss options with you.

Wall Damage Repair

We repair the damage, applying a matching texture and painting the entire wall with a matching paint. Matching the paint can be accomplished by using your existing paint, purchasing another gallon of the original product, or performing a "custom match" with a paint sample from the damaged wall.

Texture Repair

We make the existing texture smooth by scraping the rough edges and "floating" or "skimming" the remaining texture. Once smooth, our craftsmen can apply any texture you like, including; orange peel, knock down, crows foot, splatter, or a custom hand trowel. Rick will provide samples to help you choose the look that's right for you.

Smoke Damage Repair

We can seal cigarette smoke stains by first priming the walls and ceilings with White Pigmented Shellac or Oil Based Primer. Once the stains have been sealed, two coats of paint will be required to ensure the stains do not reappear.
