Our Company History

Owner Rich Parkins, a master craftsman qualified at journeyman level at the "City and Guilds" Academy in plastering, painting, and decorating in the UK, immigrated to the United States in 1987. Shortly after his arrival, he started All-Ways Painting, which was later incorporated in 1997 to All-Ways Painting Inc. Today, we are a full-service painting contractor that specializes in high-end residential interior and exterior painting, with the resources, qualifications, and experience necessary to meet all of our clients' residential, commercial, and industrial painting needs. We are fully licensed, bonded, and insured, ensuring that our clients can trust us with their painting projects.

HGTV's Curb Appeal: The Block

We are thrilled to have been selected by the HGTV producers of Curb Appeal: The Block to work on a project for the show. After meeting with the producers, we were put to work on a home in Alameda, and we had a fantastic time working with the production team! The episode of HGTV's Curb Appeal: The Block featuring All-Ways Painting Inc. will air in November or December of this year.

• Techniques and Applications: We offer a variety of techniques and applications, including residential, commercial, and industrial finishes, staining decks and concrete, dry walling, taping and texturing, and the removal of acoustic ceilings.

Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our work and offer a three-year warranty exclusively for clients who have purchased at least two coats of Benjamin Moore or approved equivalent for exterior contracts and had the recommended preparation completed by us. This workmanship guarantee also covers our interior painting. For the period of three years after the completion of the paid-in-full contract, All-Ways Painting will repair peeling, blistering, or chipping paint resulting from the defective workmanship of our employees.

What is Not Covered

Our warranty does not cover the cost of paint or materials needed to do warranty repair, paints or materials that are not supplied by or approved by us in writing, peeling, blistering, chipping, or staining caused by various factors such as ordinary wear and tear, abnormal use or misuse, peeling of layers of paint existing prior to the work performed by us, structural defects, cracks caused by settling or movement, moisture content of the substrate, abrasion, mechanical damage, harsh chemical or solid contact, plants, pets, or wildlife, and damage or defects caused in whole or in part by failure to follow our written instructions or recommendations.
