Mike Bliss and Cary Donovan had extremely negative experiences with the company. Mike Bliss stated that based on the quality of their trucks and drivers, he would avoid the company at all costs.
Cary Donovan's experience was particularly disappointing. They contracted the company to paint their outdoor water fountain, but the coating used began to blister and peel just six months later. Despite numerous attempts to have the company redo the job or refund their money, they were told it was not their responsibility and that they would only redo the job at the customer's expense. Cary Donovan was extremely dissatisfied with the company's poor customer service and work quality.
