Issues with Appointment and Communication
Josh Hain and B. Nattrass both left one-star reviews expressing frustration with Athey Painting's communication and reliability. Josh scheduled a meeting to get a quote, but the company didn't show up or follow up. B. Nattrass sent an email for an estimate but never received a response and was told they were no longer scheduling outside painting until next year.
Poor Quality Work
Dillon Seacrest gave Athey Painting a one-star review, stating that the quality of their work was poor and that they were run by illegals. The company's work was also subpar in Richard Greb's experience, with defects still present even a month after the project was completed.
