Our Team
Noell, our owner, is a native of San Diego and has been painting professionally since 1993. She has specialized in Faux finishes for the past 25 years with a spotlight on decorating walls with a hand-painted art feel. Her painting career began as an apprentice to two French faux finish artists that trained her in every possible technique for over seven years. After working with their company as the primary trainer and supervisor, she began her own interior painting business with immediate success. Her education continued with specialized classes and training over the next few years. She has since created several of her own unique faux finishes not being done by anyone else. Plain interior painting has now become more of a focus for her company over the past 15 years, with a primary emphasis on neat, clean projects completed reliably and respectfully for a very affordable price.

Company Overview
The reviews for "Ladies with Ladders" are a mix of both positive and negative experiences. The company, led by Noell Tarpey, specializes in painting services and has received feedback from customers regarding their work quality, communication, and pricing.
Shoddy Work and Unfinished Jobs
One reviewer, Christine Summers, shared a very negative experience with the company. Her mother hired them to paint her eaves and windows, but the job was never completed and the work was shoddy. Unfortunately, her mother passed away without the job being finished, and Christine would not recommend the company.
Positive Reviews
The majority of reviewers, however, had a positive experience with the company. Many praised Noell's professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to communicate effectively. Problems with Communication and Pricing
Some reviewers experienced issues with communication and pricing. Stan O. felt that Noell was unreliable and failed to show up for appointments, while also asking for a 50% deposit, which is against California contractor laws.
Overall Impression
The reviews suggest that the quality of work and customer service can vary depending on the specific individual and project. While some customers had excellent experiences, others encountered issues with communication and pricing.
