Poor Construction Quality and Workmanship
The reviews for this construction company are overwhelmingly negative. The author, Jenny House, gave them a 1-star rating and expressed disappointment with the quality of work done by the construction crew. Despite the crew being "very polite", the work was done poorly, resulting in numerous issues and mistakes.
Specific Problems
The crew forgot to remove the old border before painting, which led to them painting over it. As a result, the cabinets in the kitchen cannot be opened properly. The sink piping in the bathroom was also damaged, causing a new sink to be installed that leaks. The paint job was done half-heartedly, and the wrong faucet was installed in the kitchen. The finished product was overlooked for safety issues, including exposed screws and mold left unpainted.
Communication Breakdown
Jenny House reported that she had to send pictures to the construction company of their mistakes, but they failed to address them properly. This lack of communication and attention to detail has caused significant stress and anxiety for her.
