Poor Customer Service and Overpricing
Both reviewers had a terrible experience with Olga and her husband's painting business. The first reviewer, Robert Kemler, scheduled an appointment to get his fence painted, but the owner didn't show up and made excuses. When the husband finally came out, he overquoted Robert, trying to rip him off. Robert only wanted a section of the fence painted, but the price quote was exorbitant. The reviewer's experience with Olga was chaotic, with her getting angry and hanging up on him in the middle of a conversation.
The second reviewer, Stephen DAndrea, had a similar experience. He had Olga and her husband come out for an estimate on a vacant single-family home. Olga presented the estimate without breaking it down, and the price quote was $5,000 for a relatively small job. Stephen felt that this was a complete rip-off, considering other bids he received were much lower. He suspected that the high price was intentional, as the company may have anticipated negative reviews if they were to list their services on Yelp.
Both reviewers were extremely dissatisfied with Olga and her husband's business and would not recommend them to others.
